And when the world’s all a-wobble, as it is right now, it benefits us to take time out, pay attention to our health and wellbeing and ensure we’re not inadvertently jeopardising our ability to enjoy life to the full.
Now I’m not advocating retreating to a cave in the mountains away from the pleasures and temptations of the modern world, far from it, because, as my good friend Raja Ram reminds me regularly, your body is both your temple and your nightclub.
